JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the processing and dispensing of prescription medications through the outpatient pharmacy.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy. Has complied with all continuing education requirements of the State of California.
Experience: One year of retail or community pharmacy experience required.
Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication skills, competent in Microsoft Office applications.
License/Certifications: Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of California. Meets all legal requirements for the practice of pharmacy in California.
Equipment: Drugs and related items. Must be familiar with the operations and routine maintenance of: Computer system; Cash register; credit card machine.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
PAY RANGE
$58.35 - $87.53
The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by candidates relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidates individual experience.
